Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for exploration and development on relationships with higher educational institutions, providing students with extensive information on local and overseas study opportunities, to empower students with workshops and seminars, etc..
2. To assist in planning and execution of students’ activities organized by the department on or off campus.
4. To track and analyze student career development data to assess service effectiveness and make improvements.
5. To collaborate across teams to provide comprehensive educational and career development support, and to undertake other tasks as assigned by the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years’ solid working experience gained in international organizations.
2. In-depth understanding of higher education and the job market, working experience in campus recruitment or oversea study consultancy is preferred.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to interact with employers and students effectively.
4. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
5. Proficiency in office software and career development-related tools.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
